There was another link someone posted recently to sign up for or be alerted to something... was that different?
I just called for the phone support due to not receiving the verification email.I was lucky
Got mine in one minute
We have the same car - they're only offering me $17.7 for mine with roughly the same miles. I'm not including the $6.5K in the buyback amount because I get that whether I keep the car or not.I have $2000 more than my OTD price. after 2 yrs and almost 50k miles. lol.
From vwcourtsettlement.com click on Eligibility. Answer the questions then click on Online Claims Portal. That takes you to claims.vwgoa.comCurious where this URL was found.. I get that its live and the real deal but where did someone get it from? Is it on the main court settlement website?
I'd hate to have this be a beta site or something and our data go nowhere

Your ESC should be able to be cancelled on a pro rated basis. Contact the dealer you bought it from, it takes usually 4-6 weeks to process. If you have a lien, they're going to send the refund to the lienholder in most cases. Also, if you bought prepaid maintenance or GAP, same deal.as i sat in the dealership purchasing my 2014 jetta i looked up the nada value of the car (it helps with negociations) and the 16,575.00 is shy by around 2k...... it would cost me money to take the buyback.... unless i get the money paid for the extended warrantee back?
Did you elect to get the settlement cash only and opt for the fix? I am wondering if they would pay out earlier if that is the case...could affect my final decision.http://claims.vwgoa.com
Registered should see a check for $8500
You don't get the cash until the fix is done, if you elect the fix. For the fix to be done, it must first be approved by EPA/CARB.Did you elect to get the settlement cash only and opt for the fix? I am wondering if they would pay out earlier if that is the case...could affect my final decision.
Thanks. They quoted 11/1 as a starting point. You don't get the cash until the fix is done, if you elect the fix. For the fix to be done, it must first be approved by EPA/CARB.
You aren't setting your appointment at this point, just picking a date to base the compensation estimates on.Also - I didn't even try, but was anyone able to get sooner than 11/1? I just went for the first Saturday - 11/5 - hopefully I don't have to take a day off work to do this.
I tried register last nite and never received the verification email. And yes, I've checked the spam folder
There is a fone number posted on page two of this thread 1-844-982-6246 that I called which doesn't connect: "your call can not go through as dialed" --
Does anyone have a different of the correct number that I can call?
NOTE: I tried to re-register a short time ago and and when I re-submitted my geek mail addr and pw the system alerted me that this email was already in the system.
ALERT!!! I found out why I was getting like nothing for my VW. I put in my purchase date as 7/7/2016 not 7/7/2015!
This changed my return from 23k to 27k!! Thank you VW, this works for me!
That will do it....
The one that kills me is I used the owner loyalty cash for the timing belt.$14,550 for my 2011 with 134k miles. I paid $18,700 in 3/2013. Not a bad deal I guess. But I also put $3k into it in maintenance costs.
You have to click the verification link in the email they send you. Then you should be redirected to the finishing stages of the process. My claim emial is pending:
another VW glitch?
