Change Turbo BEW to ALH

Hi.
I have a question.
Is it possible to just swap out the Turbo?
I'm thinking I can just put the old actuator on the new Turbo. Because the BEW has also a plug in the actuator and I think the ALH doesn't have it.
I know I probably need to adjust the hoses...

The reason is basically the price point. Almost twice for a new one..

You want to put an ALH turbo on your BEW?
Or the other way round...
With the ALH turbo you can change out the actuator w/o removing the turbo from the car.
(Unless it's a Borg Warner)
I don't know about the BEW turbo...

Hey it is a BEW engine with stock Turbo (BEW Turbo, Borg Warner)
Want to put a Turbo for ALH engine in there...
