I just installed a CAT 2 fuel filter and have mass amounts of bubbles in my fuel line. Yes the filter, banjo fittings, ect are tight. I even got a KERMA widget and things are nooo better. Please help

Just a couple of thoughts.

Did you lube the O rings on the Kerma widget before inserting into the filter head? If not, may have cut the O rings, or they rolled out of the groove in the widget. BTDT.

You did put the O ring on the threaded portion of the head before installing the filter, right?

If all else fails, ditch the rubber coated gasket and use copper gasket on the banjo fittings. They are VW oil drain plug gaskets, so easy to find. Tighten then down 70 ft/lbs or so. I used an impact wrench on mine.

I had a similar problem on mine and it ended up the "T" had a crack in the bottom of it. Try taking the "T" out and plugging the holes with fingers and possibly blowing through it.

Oviously don't want to drink any diesel so make sure you clean it out first.
