But Fanofalldiesels, me and John from Impex are meeting up at coffee and cars in the Hunt Valley mall parking lot in front of the Best Buy Tomorrow morning at 8:00am. It's from 7:30-9:30 but we're meeting at 8:00am

Hey Dan! I'm going to bring my nephew, his buddy and my father-in-law this coming Saturday.

It's supposed to be a big deal next week with a lot of cars. It's pretty cool seeing all the variety of cars.

Last week, I met a guy with a repair shop with a nice GTI. Lots of cool mods. It's a great time, just wish it wasn't so early on a Saturday.

Good thing is, by the time you get home it's still morning/before noon

Northern Baltimore County needed a place for automotive enthusiasts to gather. We're talking about all marques and generations of automobiles and all generations of enthusiasts.

After 2 months of weekend planning, Hunt Valley Cars & Coffee launched on Saturday, March 31, 2012. The setup was simple. Invite everyone from the regional enthusiast community to gather on Saturday mornings from 8 - 10 at Hunt Valley Towne Centre in Cockeysville, Maryland and see what happens. Talk cars. Talk life. Meet old friends. Make new friends. Get the day rolling with some coffee, tea or whatever moves you. After anything from 20 minutes to 2 hours of eye candy, caffeine and 'catching up', start the rest of your day.

200 cars took part in the inaugural gathering. The first year was a time of tremendous growth. One year later, for the 1st Anniversary, 850 cars, trucks and SUVs participated. Our movement became large enough to merit the creation of an LLC. Hunt Valley Horsepower was born.

Not only are we gathering under a common love for automobiles, we're also giving back to the community. Adopt-A-Road, Intrepid Fallen Heroes and Toys for Tots are on the docket for 2013.

Bring the family. Invite your friends and your car club. We're building a very special family of automotive enthusiast and if you love your car, truck or SUV, you're invited. See you down the road!

Highlights from last Saturday

Went to HVH again last Saturday. Met up with a fellow TDI'er. Fun time. I wish it lasted longer

I think so, I didn't want to tap on it but it was aluminum on the inside as well. The owner wasn't nearby to ask.

What's neat is there are different people/cars that come every week. Some of the folks are "regulars" but it's so short, you don't get that much time to talk to folks.

Just a cool way to start the weekend. I'm always attracted to the VW's and Audi's

We're heading north to TDI Fest on Tuesday, stopping in MA and NH to visit with friends on the way. Then down to the coast of Maine and on to Nantucket to spend a few days with family. We won't be back in town for a couple of weeks, but I'll check it out soon.

It's every weekend! I've gone for (4) weeks in a ROW. Which is incredible for me getting up on a Saturday.

I'm not sure about the cooler weather months but there are a lot of Saturdays before it gets cold.

Many of the people with classic cars don't have wipers installed so the usually don't show if it rains.
