Carly interface any good?

Hello all. Looking at the possibility of purchasing one of these OBD2 interface devices. Anyone have any experience with them? I have read about them and it seems they give a decent amount of access to vehicle functions. I am most interested in gaining access to the various modules so I can up the voltage to the headlights and tails, enable some power window functions via the remote, change the setting to allow the vehicle to run with the doors locked for cold weather, etc.

Following this I’m looking to get a vagcom
