Camshaft and Valve Lifter Wear

Do you guys think it is still driveable? Or should I completely stop driving it until I get the lifter fixed?

You may need more than to "get the lifter fixed." Would be interesting to see what that lifter looks like sitting up (rather than down). Kind of hard to tell, though it almost looks like the cam lobe is pitting (= new cam).

I wouldn't even start it until you replace anything questionable in the head.
Doing the cam and lifters is not that big a job if that's all it needs.
It is a good time to do the timing belt if you need that too.

Rotate engine a bit so cam lobe tip is visible. Usually if lifter wears, cam tip does too. Hard to get a good photo of lifter when cam is on top of it.
