Turbo sounds rather small for a 2.8l engine and 2 bar. Id go for a decent hybrid with 48 to 50mm comp inducer and a 51/49 mm turbine. Or a s200v if space is available

engine only makes 105 hp stock and is low revving, i need full boost low. hence the small unit. stock is a TB02

redline is 4k but actual driving you never go over 3.4k


currently i can make 30 psi at 2800 rpm its great .

Are you sure the VNT setup is correct?

I'm making 30 PSI from around ~800 RPM up can cruise at 2800rpm keeping that boost.
