calculated soot mass reset

Hi,

I was driving my VW T6 2018 2.0 TDI for while with a faulty sensor and I got an "excessive soot accumulation" error code. The faulty sensor was fixed (not related). The problem now is that regens are not allowed because calculated soot is too high (measured soot is not). Differential pressure sensor values also suggest the dpf is not clogged. The calculated soot value does not seem realistic. Is there a way to reset this value to allow for a regen? I found New adaptation of measured soot value under Basic Settings, which doesn't seem what I'm looking for; and Adaptation of ash mass under Adaptations, which might be, but it requires Security Access. VCDS does not prompt any balloon on the Security Access window so I don't know the code. Any help?

Thanks a lot.
