That brings back memories from years past. One of my high school friends had one they used as a golf cart in the farm, kept road plates on it till it got too rotten. Can't remember for sure, but I'm certain it was a 4 speed trans in it. Didn't have lots of power, but man it went forever on no fuel and hauled a surprising amount of weight. We had to go get bagged chicken feed from the mill one weekend. His dad had the 3500. So we decided to take the rabbit. We got about half loaded up and realized you could darn near pick the front bumper up by hand. Ended up having to make 2 trips. Kinda sketchy on the way back, but it made it. Was a great truck.
