He never goes over 35 or uses the A/CImpressive....
What speeds were you using?...any special driving techniques or just driving?
Does this mean you are not coming to any more annual (or semi) TDI Fests now?Have had a Chevy Cruze turbodiesel with 6 speed manual for about 2 weeks now. Observations to follow as I discover the cars good and bad points...
If I remember right, he used to get 50+ in his B5.5 Passat TDI, so his 52 is probably closer to 40 for an average driver.Impressive....

Accepted!I will talk some $H!T however...I will defeat ANY TDI owned by a member of this club in a fuel economy competition.......
Jon got close to 63 MPG on his trip out to Fest in Wisconsin last year. On biodiesel, which is ~5% lower in calorific content than D2. Works out to over 66 MPG on straight D2...Yeah: a big part of the equation is driver skill, and JON has me there!![]()
Yup, me neither...Rolled up windows no A/C pissing in a cup at 53.5 MPH not for me...
What mileage are you getting with the 328d?...bought the Beamer like it a lot
Combined? Have you done an all-highway trip with it yet?Mid 30'S
