Hi. I just broke the dipstick tube. Right now, I use the duct tape to hold the tube into one piece. Can I still drive it like that because I will not get a chance to fix at least this week?

I hate to say this But u should not touch that engine again if u managed this type break ; ) , otherwise the crankcase has some pressure in it so oil(real black stuff) will probably get vented all over. Try it with the tape - if it holds ok.

Are you talking about the orange plastic tube the dipstick rests against? If so, they get fragile and break, no biggie. They're cheap, pick one up at the dealer.

Part number: 028103663B FUNNEL

If you're talking about the portion to the block, wow.

Probably just the plastic funnel. I broke it after I did the oil change (might have been too excited). Mine is red and the dealer in my area needs to order it for me next week. Right now, I used 3M all-weather duct tape. Luckily, it still holds after I drove for 2hrs.
