I don't want/need a $2k BB kit for my TDI - but I'd like to improve the braking over stock.
I'm considering upgrading to GLI rotors, better pads, maybe SS lines, but haven't seen parts/part numbers required to make this conversion on our cars.

Anyone completed this yet?

Anyone definatively know what parts are needed? (carriers, rotors, etc.)

Would changing out to GLI components cause any headaches with the electronics in our A5s?

There have been some previous discussions on the merrits of SS brake hoses. The concensus was that the stock brake hoses are braided and are pretty good hoses.
