I tried to purchase a small power bleeder here in Vancouver (BC) at the various automotive suppliers; no luck. Which bleeders are the club members using and where to buy one?
Thank you.

Many folks love the Motive power bleeder - makes the job much easier... www.motiveproducts.com but I don't know where you'd find it in Canada... Danix in the U.S. sells them, but I don't know about shipping over here...

Others use the Mity-Vac for working from the other side of the line... (I would prefer the Motive)...

You do know how to do this using 2 people, one pumping and pushing, yes? Also, if you use a different colour fluid (again, DOT 4, available much cheaper in the U.S.) you'll know when you've cleaned out the old stuff....

I haven't figured out why there's a need for special tools. I drained my brake fluid just fine with gravity alone - be sure to keep the main reservoir level from sinking too low.
