It's a long shot but figured I'd throw it out there, hoping to avoid reupholstering mine, the shop quoted me around $275. I would drive a long way from RI for the right deal. Basically only the back matters to me, rest of the seat can be torn up for all I care.

Driver's with good backs are getting harder to find. Seems you are ready to swap a good pass seat bottom into service... :)

Yep... I'm trying to decide whether I want to take the good passenger back off my (now extra) passenger seat along with the seat bottom, but I'd have to cut a hole in it for the airbag. Not loving that idea, and I'm not sure the seat cover from the pass. side fits the same? Probably, but not a huge fan of cutting good stuff up. My other option right now is to pay out the snout to have it fixed right though...

Purchased one locally that was in much more decent shape (and is a flip down!). $80. Still some wear on driver side bolster, can see a little of the foam inside but it's nowhere near as bad.
