My current injectors are Transporter T4's I purchased a while ago. Are these suitable for the swap program and are the 764's the equivalent nozzle for these? Are the pop pressures set the same as these?

If the injector bodies are good they are eligible

The Bosio DLC 1019 is the the equivalent nozzle and also a nice upgrade for power and fuel efficiency with 7% more flow that a Bosch T4.

The Bosio PP 764 is a even stronger upgrade from the T4 with more flow than the DLC 1019.

The nice thing about our calibration process; the Pilot and Primary pressures can be set precisely to exact settings to optimize the nozzle setup for the customer's engine.

This allows a larger nozzle to be selected for the current setup with headroom for recalibration later, as needed, for future performance modifications.

I recently picked up a nice A4 VE golf and am ready to do a PP764 hot swap. It's stock now except for a stage 1 Malone tune (soon to be stage 1.5 after the nozzles). Is this the right nozzle choice and able to support a VNT17-22 a little later? PM me with price ,etc. Will be a daily, feasting on Hondas occasionally.

Nozzles/tune

Paul,

Looking into getting some t4 (on special now) or dlc1019 nozzles. Wondering if there would be a package deal if I got a tune also, and what it would take to do that.

Is pop testing really worth the extra price? What kind of benefits other than the warranty from you does it give?

One possibility I've considered is doing it on site at TDIFest this year in St. Louis. That is unless the deal is right, right now.

PP764's are .232 , and we do make larger nozzles.

Flow rate matters, and orifice size is not a good predictor of the performance of injector nozzles and high pressure fluids like diesel fuel. But we can help you make the best selection

The DLC 1019 and PP764 are good choices.. as is the Race 520

We really like the Bosio Race 520 nozzles

What sort of power are they known to hit do you know? Already at around 180bhp 280ishlb/ft thats with .205 nozzles I think, pd150 turbo, fmic, cone filter, de cat straight through egr delete ect ect!@

So much depends on the exact build, and the skill of the tuner and the installer. [ and the dyno ]

And, we are conservative with our estimates.. I would say 220 HP plus and 360 ft lbs are often reached

And camshaft and exhaust upgrades

This is the limit ,or really close to the limit.

ARP head studs are sort of required , and forged con rods are nice. We even have a girdle for the block

It is a trade off between fun and service .... that said , these are tough engines

The trick to keeping these engine running really well; is great maintenance and smooth skillful driving.

I see that your Bosio PP520's are going for $209 a set! Too good to be true and why so cheap? I want four and would like the $176 calibration/pop testing done as well.

$600 deposit also right and I get that back when I ship mine to you correct?
