Boost issues

I have a 2012 golf tdi and I just did the rawtek DPF/EGR delete, straight pipe, Malone stage 2 tune, and a new oe borg Warner turbo. I have no vacuum, exhaust or intake leaks. I also replaced the n75 valve thinking that was the problem and it didn’t fix it. If I bypass the n75 valve and run vacuum straight to the turbo I build boost. Other than that I have no boost and my glow plug like flashes. I can drive it and get it up to 70mph but it’s just really slow getting there. I’m not sure if this is an electrical, tuning, or mechanical issues. I don’t think it can be the waste gate because it released when I left off after building boost. I also have the s&b cai.

not a tuning issue. Have you tried data logging with VCDS under measuring block 11 to get an idea of boost and N75 behavior? any codes?

If the EGT #1 isn't seeing a proper signal (measuring block 99) then it will limit power as well. It will throw a code if unplugged.
