Does anyone know how to install a boost guage? I am looking for pics for step by step or a video?

Thanks,

A lot of people here do the ScanGauge II so we can get boost gauge/egt and water temp for the price of a boost gauge.

I know of no step-by-step instructions, but you basically have 2 choices.
1) tap into an intake pipe and run some tubing through the firewall to your gauge. There are also a few units where an electrical sender is tapped into the intake and a wire is run to the gauge.
2) Buy a digital gauge that plugs into the ODBII port that reads the boost from the ECU, or calculates it from standard ODBII PIDs. Examples of this would be a Scangauge II or a P3Cars Digital interface.

Both methods have pluses and minuses, but there are several threads here about both types of gauges.

Have Fun!
