Best way to clean Turbo Compressor without removal

I have a 2014 Jetta TDI and I have been getting limp mode when I push the engine harder. Upon inspection of the turbo compressor, it appears fairly gunked up with carbon (maybe from a clogged dpf). What is the best way I can clean this out without full removal?

(I have never attempted to attach a picture and it isn't working so I copied the link if you're curious lmao)

It goes into limp mode under high load (giving it a little more juice when going to a hill or speeding up to highway speeds; usually around 5/6th gear)
I cleared all codes and recreated the limp mode and got the P0299 code

There are just too many to list....
So if the VNT actuator holds vacuum OK, and the turbo itself isn't all wobbly on the compressor side, then I'd be looking for a boost leak somewhere.

Check the plastic hard pipe coming off the turbo for oil around the damper/piping. Theres also a pipe coming off the EGR cooler to the turbo, that seal can leak as well creating an air leaks. Also check your lower boost hoses for oil leaking. Known for also causing air leaks.

Ok thanks I'll take a look at those!
Do you give the car an Italian tune up at least once a week?
When I similar issues with my 2003 JSW I would drive it to work and after 15 or so minutes I would slow down a bit then punch it up to 70 MPH (US) for a while.
After work same scenario.
Took about 2 weeks or so and didn't have problems after that.

Now with my 2014 JSW I do the same regularly.
