Best tires for good MPG?

Hi, just curious for your input regarding what kind of tires to get. I have a Mk7 Golf SEL, so the rims are 18". Hoping to find something that's a good balance of all weather, durability, and MPG for those wheels.

anything in the 600 to 800 UTQG is going to be fine but also give decent grip in all weather. go more and you might get more but not much, go less and you will get less. keeping them inflated properly and having a good aliment is key. Same with a light foot.
