I'm tired of replacing these every year (O-Reilly's/Moog/Cheap lifetime warranty brand) parts.

What's the best brand: Meyle, Lemforder, or Febi Bilstein?

There are just too many to list....
We use Lemforder here usually. Febi-Bilstein is usually OK, too. Moog generally just reboxes someone else's stuff anyways.

If you have repeated failures, you may have some other issue. Square tires, Chinese wheels, square Chinese tires on Chinese wheels, etc. Anything that will not run true will beat the crap out of steering components like a jackhammer.

It's the inner's that keep going bad.

Koni FSD's, stock springs, VR6 spindles, replaced strut bushings, new ball joints, BBS 16" wheels, General Exclaim Tires (10K miles).

Maybe it's the OK roads that aren't true ;)

Some repeated failures i have seen have been caused by improper clamping or splits/leaks in the inner tie rod boot allowing moisture/dirt in and accelerating wear
