HI,

2 of my glow plugs are bad so I'll be replacing them all asap.

Just getting a feel for what people think the "best" ones are

I am debating between Bosch , Beru and Febi , or are there better ones?

Beru was original equipment on ALHs, FWIW. I'd go with those or Bosch. Not sure why, but glow plugs last a really long time in my TDIs.

^^^Same with me. The only time I've had issues is when I've had REALLY extended cranking times (ie troubleshooting pump/fuel issues). We're talking like long enough, multiple times, that I back off because I'm worried more about the starter being damaged than anything. In my ownership (2014) I've only had 2 go bad, they were both toast/fouled and it was always after this extended crank scenario when I was troubleshooting. They always say to replace all 4 at the same time, but I've never found this the case. I have enough on hand to replace 1x1 and they are easy enough to get to.

I installed Bosch and used the fast heat up plugs.
Had to be really cold before I had to crank it twice.
