Best analysis lab for fuel dilution using B99

What's the best oil analysis lab for testing fuel dilution while burning biodiesel? I'm running B99 in my 2009 Jetta and have a fuel dilution problem. My sample to Blackstone came back at 2.5%. While a high value, I was expecting much higher as I had to pull 24 oz out just to bring the level down to full. That would mean somewhere in the 10 - 15% range. Anyway, I'm looking to send an additional sample (from the original 24 oz that I kept) for a 2nd opinion. Who should I use?

How much do they charge for oil analysis?

The first one is free - but test vary from 18 to 39 depends on what you want. You can get a 10 pack of Advanced Industrial test for 290.00 - 1 is 39.00 - Basic which good is 180 for ten pack - 1 is 23, I think
