Anyone else spotted the dark green B5 Passat Wagon TDI (red "I") tooling around Vancouver (BC) lately?
It has consulate plates (BC with "consul ###") - I've seen it twice and heard it once
- I'd like to meet the owner to find out:
a) how it got here (and how much did it cost!!)
b) where is it from (and did it need to pass CAN emissions and component standards)
c) if they are having any "crappy fuel" problems with the newer TDI engine
I'm figuring that being from the consulate gives you exemption from Can / DOT standards!
