B5 Passat fan fell off with clutch...do I just need new clutch or more?

The cooling fan on our project car is sitting loose in the engine with the fan clutch still attached. What I don't know is if I need to order just a new fan clutch or the whole pulley system. Or does the clutch and fan just bolt on? Including a picture...almost looks like the mount stayed mounted and the fan just came off.

Looks like the bearing in the clutch failed, you'll have to replace the whole clutch. Its held on with a bolt from the back. A bit tight to get to, but not too bad.

So do I need more than this? Looks like there are 3 bolts for this part. Or is it 3 bolts plus the bolt in the middle?
