B5.5 96kw bad cold start

Hello, i m newbie here, i have big problem with cold start and too much smoke, smell like unburned fuel after 2 mins of start. When engine get hot temp like 70 c smoke goes out and car work ok and start ok. Car was dead between 1.000 and 2.000 rpm, when turbo goes on 2.100 rpm then go like crazy. Compresion, Injectors, head, all sensors and everything in car was changed and repaired but without luck. Can anyone give me some advice what to do next? I m spent too much money and time to fix but without luck even though i m mechanic and electrician. Thanks in advance

After replacing turbocharger cartridge , I got the same problem ,resolve with adjusting small bolts for actuator. More air help easy start. But better use VCDS to check air volume on parking with working engine and compare with manual . Rpm on my car around 800
