Axle bolt

Hey guys, 06 jetta. My front axle bolts are standard hex head but I’ve never had my rear ones out. What I see online is the rears are triple square is this true for sure? I wanna have the right tool when I start the project. And what size would it be? I’m seeing 14 16 and 17mm triple square how do I know for sure? Thanks
