Hello
Iam finish my superb 1.9 tdi awx
And iam trying to use oem parts for flywheel conversion
I use flywheel from audi 80 2.0 and sachs racing pressure plate reinforced
I saw also they use same release bearing and same realease fork
After instalation make noice in neutral. I change the pump and still noice.
Some one had same situation? There ia solution without using anothers aftermarket kit?

Single mass flywheel? It's pretty common to get a chatter in neutral with a SMF. A heavier flywheel helps.

Yellow things in the transmission that allow you to shift gears without grinding, rev matching or double clutching.

I never had any issues with a single mass on a 5 speed from @2018 to @2021 as a daily driver. I had a combination of the witbread 30lbs 240mm and valeo 228mm 20lbs. My transmission came from a used V6 b5 Passat with a little under 100k. I put maybe 80k miles on it over that time. For the 6 speeds the single mass seems to be a death sentence.

Also my memory may be fuzzy on actual miles and years....lots of beers and hits to the head at the ice rink over the past 30 years

V6 manual gear box fits there?

About 75mph you're hitting 3000 rpms with the dvz. The TDI doesn't mind and will return 40 plus mpg at that RPM/speed.

If I had to highway commute often I'd want to sustain 80-85mph and that would require the proper tdi gearing.
