Audi Q7 SE vs. Sport

Hi, i am thinking currently about buying my first Audi. I have two little kids, so i need a family car. I'm thinking about Q7 TDI 3.0 V6, but i can't decide which one: SE or Sport version.
I found here specifications for
1) Audi Q7 TDI 3.0 V6 SE
2) Audi Q7 TDI 3.0 V6 Sport
Engine is the same, everything is the same, with one big difference - every equipment in Sport version is much more exprensive than in SE version. So am i paying only for "sport" mark on the car?
Is it worth this money or not?

Yes, i know, even with 3.0 TDI Touareg is cheaper.
I'll go from VW straight to Audi and compare...
