ASZ OR ATD?

Hi

I have a T5 1.9tdi that had engine problems.
I overhauled the engine once and it was smoking badly.

Took it to another garage and redid the motor but same problem.

Looking to change the motor .
My options are
ATD 74KW
ASZ. 96KW

Any advice from anyone that had done this conversion??

Any advice would assist as Im now stuck between a rock and a hard place.
