Arizona emissions. Maricopa county

I have a CA license 2012 Jetta and I’m looking to transfer it to AZ license plate in order to delete the dpf. Does anyone know if it’s possible to pass smog with no EGR/DPF and a tune? I know the different county's Have different stringency’s.

Find a cousin in a different county (not Tucson, either)

Unfortunately that "cousin" lives in the emission restricted area it seems.

Maricopa you would need to pass the "Readiness" test.

Or if you live outside these areas, a 5 year tag feels so good
