The last half of this tank was a fast trip to Manchester (70mph rather than 60mph). The drop in MPG was noticeable, at least 10mpgUK less for that portion of the tank.

Currently has thermostat/temp sender fault which will damage MPG. (Fixed in Manchester - see next tank)

Power steering warning light came on once (starting on a steep slope) but not since. Probably coolant level.

Notes: About 400miles highway 75-80indicated. Rest around town.

Also, since I use bulk fuel, I weighed myself and each jug before and after filling. Came up with 89lbm of fuel. Used 7.15lbm/gal to come up with gallons.

Does 7.15 sound reasonable???

Also new thermostat. Went from about 160F to 185F. Engine seems happier. Mpg a little better too.
