Appalachian Diesel Works GTG Oct 20 AVL, NC

Hello All,

Appalachian Diesel Works, LLC is hosting their annual GTG on Oct. 20 2012. It will be held at the same location as last year:

We will get started at 8:00 Saturdy morning and go until? For those arriving earlier, we will be around after 12:00 on Friday to do light stuff and just hang out. Not sure on the menu for lunch on Saturday yet, but likely to be typical of past years. It's a golden opportunity to plan a fall vacation to the mountains of NC, as this should be peak fall color weekend. We have space on the lawn for you to pitch a tent for those who would like to do so. Jeff from Rocketchip (JSRMonster on the forum) has commited to be there on Saturday. Contact him for your specific needs or post up here what you want in the way of tuning.

Looking forward to seeing old faces and meeting new ones. If anyone has questions regarding the GTG, PM me or call me.

Last year was my first TDI GTG of any sort, and I had an amazing time. Everybody was so welcoming and helpful. And I got a stage 3 Rocketchip. Woo!

I couldn't thank you guys enough for hosting these things. SO nice of you.

If I can make it this year, I'll be sure to come.

I'm tentatively planning on coming, and can bring parts if you pre-order. These days I don't tend to fill the car with parts that people may need: too many items in our catalog and I'll inevitably guess wrong and not bring what people want.

Looking at getting a hotel room the 19th. It's only a 5-6 hr drive, but I get off work at 8:30am so I would just drive straight there. Hang out in the Asheville area that day I guess, then come on over in the morning.

I hope I will be able to make it. My business life is not my own...clients, (thank GOD for them!). This would be my second GTG and I so enjoyed the first at Dan's.
