Anyone on Long Island available to troubleshoot a noise?

My car just started making a weird growling type noise when i hit the throttle. I can't tell if its a hole in the exhaust, or possible a change of tone i'm noticing from deleting my erg, but i really have no idea if that would even cause any difference, just a guess. Anyone around to take a listen that might have an idea?
