Just so I am clear, you are saying 7.2 L/100 km is better fuel economy than 6.2 L/100km? On what planet?6.2 L/100 is a bit disappointing for that kind of driving. I'm actually actively looking for a new car (my wife would get the B6 wagon and I would get something more efficient for commuting). I can do better than that with our B5.5 TDI, and in that kind of driving, I'd be averaging around 7.2 L/100 km in the 2.0T; at 100 I can average 7.0. My highway mix, like you, is about 90% hwy, 10% city/suburban.
