Just got this today and wondering what they are actually doing. I already pulled my little orange but trappers off and check the regularly.

I saw someone mention it on another thread and asked about it. Had it done at dealer last week.
From what service advisor said, they basically remove the red tabs and clean out the lines.

Just got one for our '17 Alltrack.

I consider it free sunroof drain cleaning, which would be sweet cause they haven't been cleaned before.

I did remove the rear flaps couple years ago.

Thanks guys. I removed my flaps too thanks to others here last year. Did the same to my sister in laws too after she had an issues. Sounds like it won't be much value unless you aren't doing the stuff on your own.

Where are the rear "flaps" located? We had the 60E5 service done a couple of weeks ago and I want to check if they did the rear too. Thanks in advance...

Vancouver Island here. Didn't receive the notice, but asked about it at my dealer and it came up when the service dude input my VIN. It's a "service campaign", not a recall.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just got this in the mail as well. I have a 2015 Sportwagen CPO. Maybe they can fix this while they're replacing the Clutch Slave cylinder!
