I've got 3 pairs of this kit:
http://shop.t-g-s.de/product_info.php?cPath=49&products_id=171
These are the same sizes as the release tools that I've made in the past. The micro ones work pretty good out of the box, but I had to tweak the junior ones so they would work. With the current exchange rate, they are $52.80 plus shipping, plus duty taxes. I had emailed them several times and never got any responce. I ended up getting then though a friend who lives in Germany.
Now another source that I use for terminal ends is Wurth:

Look at the top row, part numbers "0558 9969" and "0558 9957" are junior size terminal. Something to keep in mind, the timer terminal should fit in place of any terminal housing that had a timer terminal in it, but there different types of tab terminals and you can't really shove one type of tab terminal into a terminal housing made for a different type of tab terminal.
As for the crimping pliers, as mentioned, having the correct kind is very important. You won't find them at Home Depot... at best you'll find some for coax cables (as in cable TV) and CAT 5 cable. They won't carry the correct dies.
Ideal Industries makes a good crimping pliers, but I can't find any info on the dies. Another kit that is useful is
Tool Aid's 18920 kit.
If someone finds a good source here in North America for the Tyco/Amp terminal ends, then please let me know. If you get lucky like I did, try getting your hands on Tyco Electronics Catalog 889759, you will drool over the different terminal ends. Seems that Tyco doesn't offer it as a PDF for download.
