Anybody know why the price of diesel seems so high these days?

My local reserve usually has great pricing, but these days it's "closed by order of the Band Council"

There's no rez gas stations in Toronto. Closest ones are near Hamilton or Peterborough as far as I know and according to this site

I can't believe it too. I saw Diesel priced higher than RUG yesterday.

Today's lowest prices according to Gas Buddy in the east end are Diesel $ 0.799 and gas is $ 0.919.

I just filled up for 79.6 at pioneer at kipling and Rexdale

Gas prices low. Diesel did lower some with it. Less cars on the road, but most of the oil burners are still in operation. Heavy machinery, transport trucks, trains. Etc.

Not true, all brand name stations on dixie road north of the 401 have fuel roughly 5 to 10 cents cheaper then what the normal price in the GTA is, gas or diesel, just have a look on gas buddy.

That's where I filled up on the weekend. They give free Keurig cup coffee with every fill-up. BTW, it's east of Markham Road.

I stand corrected, my directions were for the cheapie station with the DIY carwash west of Markham.

That's the Pioneer station Rudy which also has good prices. The miFuel station is always cheaper than the Pioneer.

Yes I noticed that too Rudy, probably competition caught up to them. I haven't been there lately as miFuel is nearer to me and cheaper, and not as chaotic as that one.

88.9 @ Esso as well..

Diesel at esso in Georgetown is .92 a litre. They also have a 3 cent discount over 100L.
Tempted to fill a barrel or 2, surely it will hit 1.25 again this winter.
