Hi, I have developed a hole in my driver's seat where I * USED TO* wear my keys. I am now trying to figure out the best plan to repair it.

What material is on your seat - velour, cloth, leather?

Good point! Black cloth.

I was going to suggest the vinyl repair kits that you iron to set the repair material. They actually work very well. They come in handy when you get in the driver's seat with a screwdriver sticking out of a rear pocket while working on a car.

Buy a junkyard passenger seat. The going rate is $75.00. Swap the seat covers.
