You mean a boost valve?

Should not be needed with a quality tune, but won't do any harm provided it's properly adjusted.

VR6 clutch w/G60 flywheel. with about 100K on it since new.
240km on engine and about same on body.
63K on tranny 5 spd. (fresh G070 equivalent tranny fluid in there 2 days old)

how much to install pp520's ( already have them ) before the tune?
What stage do you recommend? and does your EGR delete affect me at the drive clean?

All stock. Auto.
250K. New Cams/lifters at 205K with only synth. oil since.

sidshock-No nozzle installs or hands on work that day, only tuning. Passat can be tuned of course, I have inquired to Mark for more details on the suggested tune levels for your specific car, I will post when I have a reply.

striker- check all your fuses on the drivers side dash panel.

I checked the fuse box and everything is fine
i also did the check on rosstech site and there is no voltage across the pins
what else can I check for k-line problem?

Yes the led goes green and I can successfully perform the test. It just won't connect to any module
