Any plans for a Malone Tuning Group Buy anytime soon?

Sorry, I should have explained better. 'Custom' in my mind is logging and re-tuning with actuator adjustments several times. For a standard custom tune with 1 log/re-tune(which is usually enough), no problem. The only issue on a group buy day doing multiple logs/tunes on one car would be time constraint. If this comes together with 10+ cars, I will need an assistant anyways. If anyone has a suggestion as far as location, I'm mobile, so anywhere with cellular signal will work. Somewhere with a safe place to log nearby would be good.

can you briefly explain the differnce between custom and normal tune?
my guess

custom - depending on what the car has...tuner will create a log to be custom to what kind of mods are on the car..and test..then retune and adjust anything that needs to be done.

already made tunes - already pre-made tunes. just loads the log into the ecu. no fine-adjusting to match specific mods on the car

That's pretty much correct, although the customer can also produce logs, not just the tuner.

Even two cars with the exact same mods won't behave the same.. so customer tuning may still be beneficial for each car.


I usually recommend a non-custom tune first, then it's up to the customer if he/she wants to take logs. Only if the logs show room for improvement, we can proceed with custom tuning (the customer may pay the cost difference).

I have spoken with Mark, due to so many tunes in one day, we can't do any gas cars that day(they are very time consuming for him). If there is enough CR interest, we will set up a second day to do them.
