Aluminum LCA don't line up?

Can't comment on that brand, but I've never had any issues bolting any of these back on. The larger bolt has some float room made in, because that allows for the subframe alignment. The smaller two not as much, so I usually start those smaller ones first.

Will try that again, but doesn't the front bushing need to go into place before the rear one is bolted in?

I was struggling to get the smaller ones to align before even bothering with the larger bolt.

Yes, but you also need to make sure the strut and ball joint plate is pulled WAY out so that is not hindering you getting it all bolted up. I wedge a block of wood between the coil spring and the body to help hold it out, and the outer CV joint bolt is of course removed and the joint slid loose.

You have to remember, at the factory, these track control arms are attached to the subframe assembly while it is loose, and then the whole unit is bolted in from underneath. If you had the whole subframe loose, it would likely bolt right up without any struggle.
