I don't know why some of the column headings got thrown off by one column.

i'm not so sure your ecu has a stock tune on it, looking at the numbers. pump voltage values look like they've been fudged up a decent bit, as does some of the timing a bit... looking at pump voltage when off fuel, is another indicator . if it were me, i'd read in the ecu as well as make sure the nozzles are actually stock... who was the previous owner?

There were two prior owners. The records make it seem like the original was a "take it to the dealer for oil changes" kind of guy - not a modder. The second owner didn't seem into TDIs but just wanted better MPGs. I just assumed nobody tuned it. I replaced the injectors with OEM Bosch two years ago.

the target boost doesn't seem to be increased, or the torque limiter, but the pump voltage (injection durations) aren't matching with stock map. and the spec timing values aren't quite either. getting a bit larger injectors rather than wee stock ones would have been better :) even if mpg's is all you're after

The only thing I've done is advance the timing (within acceptable). What's the downside to the way things seem to be running?

the n75 values look to me to be very low for the fueling, and boost does drop off. since it seems over-fueled looking at voltage values, one might think it would smoke a bit. i'd expect to see much higher n75 values. perhaps rod length is too long, vacuum low, n75 solenoid not working right? making only 1000mbar at hot idle with vanes near 100% closed seems like very little for a vnt15. something defintely seems amiss,. kind of hard to tell without seeing it in person or knowing how much power it's really putting out.

the egr values also look fudged up from stock

I disconnected and blocked off the vac to the EGR. So I should recheck vac at various points in the system? Since the actual and specified boost aren't radically off relative to each other, is there a way to increase specified, and would that even be something to do?

Hi, burpod. I checked the actuator rod length: starts moving at ~2" and hits the stop at 17" with smooth movement the whole time. I checked vac: almost 30" at the N75 vac in line and 25+" at the turbo actuator end of the N75 out line (during the group 11 N75 test). Any ideas what else I can check? Thanks in advance.
