After new transmission no gears

I have a 2005 vw Passat 2.0 tdi after I replaced the transmission it drove around the block and lost all gears I have Zf-5hp-19fl transmission I went through all the connections. And everything look fine it is not showing any codss I got the vcds cable to see if maybe have to reprogram the transmission but no luck any suggestion would be great

Possibly you have lost all the oil.If it was good then suddenly nada maybe the TC disconnected from the flex plate or the fles plate disconnected from the crank. Or if the shifter is feeling like it is doing nothing maybe it is disconnected.
