As I already wrote: I only changed the three bytes 4361, 4362 and 4363 by deactivating bit 3. The closing of the roof (but not also the opening) is a simple consequence. This also happens by holding the key in the lock for a long time in the closed position

Ok - I think something is getting lost in translation.
I thought you had found a way to get the keyfob to OPEN the sunroof (along with the windows).

No need to find a way, it happens by default by enabling the electric windows from the remote control. Read the clarification of Elsawin that I translated into English. In other words: if it is true (as it is) that the comfort closing of the sunroof occurs via the driver's door lock cylinder, then it is also true that it occurs via remote control.

I can confirm that 04361-3 byte 3 bit 7 has something to do with safe locking. I had value 67 and tried with 193 to disable safe lock. It kind of works. Safe led is still blinking and goes off when you press lock button on fob second time. Somehow i lost signal flash when locking. Maybe car does not want confirm locking in this state or maybe i have wrong value?
And why i want disable safe locking? When lock module fails it is pita to disassemble door to get module out without opening door. Done that.

Random question because I can only find info for 1CO CCMs.... Does anyone happen to know or have the ability to check what their CCM coding is for a B5 passat wagon with a Sunroof? 1JO CCM.... somehow I managed to disable mine while messing with CCM coding last fall and now that its nice out I would like to crack it/clean the sunroof drains.

I did play around today and try some of the old values sans the auto window w/fob ones and nothing helped. So it might be the switch, but it stopped working right after i made some CCM changes so that would be quite the coincidence.

I think there's some 1J0 references on this spreadsheet might be able to give you some ideas to work with.
I have been using that as a reference to try different values and nothing is working. I guess I need to get the volt meter out and see if there is anything wrong mechanically.

I do see the 1C0 has a possible value for sunroof, but nothing on 1J0... so if someone comes across this and has a passat with a sunroof and 4 electric windows can you confirm what your values are for the following:

04280
04286
04292
