It's a relief to know that I wasn't not alone. To be fair, I didn't get bad vibes from "them". The vibes came from the fact that I was asked to use a non-reversible form of payment outside of their webstore. It's the first time in my life I see this kind of checkout process from presumably big and reputable company. Well, anyway, good to know that it wasn't just my imagination.I used PayPal as well, and they responded via Whatsapp fairly promptly. I didn't get any bad vibes from them.
