Hello,

I have been having issues with my ABS system. I had a pulsating in my brake pedal and my whole car would shake when braking that was gradually getting worse and 1 day my ABS and anti-skid lights came on so I had a buddy check the codes and it came up with left rear wheel speed sensor failure. He said it could be the wheel sensor or it could be the bearing with pick up ring. He also told me the pulsating pedal and shaking was likely from a warped rotor. I tried removing the sensor to test it and ended up breaking it as it was seized in so I went and got a new sensor and a new rotor for the left rear as well to see if that would clear up the issue before replacing the hub as the ring on the back of the hub doesn't look too bad. Replaced them and the pulsating was reduced a bit but definitely not gone and the lights remained plus the steering wheel light came on. I went back to my buddy to get the codes checked and it had a new code Steering Position Sensor Malfunction and he told me if the sensor was bad it would affect the ABS and Anti-Skid systems so I went and replaced the steering position sensor. Watched a few youtube videos on recalibrating it and couldnt get any of the lights to go out. At this point I decided to order VCDS to see what was going on and see if I could calibrate the sensor in the software. I have ABS Brakes Malfunction status and 2 trouble codes under ABS Brakes. VCDS report below.

I measured 13.56V at the sensor connector, its a brand new sensor. It also has ECM code, does that module read that signal and could it be defective?
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
