A3 sportback BKD won’t start

Hi, mi name is Luciano and im from Argentina
I have an A3 Sportback BKD that had the timing done, and it hasn’t started since. I got a VCDS, and sometimes I get errors like N75/EGR and P1664, P1665, those related to the injectors, and the camshaft sensor not plausible. But usually, no DTCs show up. When trying to start it, white smoke and diesel come out of the exhaust. Sometimes it makes a few detonations, but the engine “locks up.” Ah, and the torsion value doesn’t change while starting, it frezze in 0

Torsion value reading 0 suggests the ecu isn't seeing a proper signal, normally get that when the sensor has failed or there's an issue with the wiring.

Did whoever use the proper tools to lock the engine down before doing the belt?

That's the problem. I received the car with the issue that after doing the timing belt, it wouldn't start anymore, and it had a new camshaft sensor that I installed. The vehicle was out of timing, I corrected that, but it still remains the same. Later, the client told me that they had to repair the cylinder head because the previous mechanic bent the valves.
