Best cue is on photo 4 it's a 2000 TDI, and not far from where I live...what a shame. Dipsh*t kids ruined a good vehicle...it's totaled now.
I can read the bumper clearly it's a TDI.

I read the article, it said the car was a GTI.

Given the lack of a fire, burning bodies, etc - I'd say it was a TDI.

The last fatal wreck in my neck of the woods some kids drove the snot out of a GTI and SNAPPED off a telephone pole and then landed into a big 'ol tree, which of course was the death knell.

I had to check the video...Grand Prarie isn't far from where I live...in Alberta Canada...and it was crap that I had to watch a Honda commercial before the actual video. I hope the dumb ass driver and all passengers were all ok...we've all done it...some just can't handle it!
