Thanks to Fred, I have finally figured out how to post pictures. Here are a few of my NB "Genie" with her big TDI brother "Wiggly", and my son Griffin.

dirtmvr,
is this yellow monster your daily ride ?
Tell us more about the specs and the way it feels. I am always hungry for new experiences

Can you fix that 3rd link above, or can I mess with your post ?

The truck is a Caterpillar D400D, which means it is capable of hauling a 40t load, with a gross weight of about 70t. We use them to haul blasted rock for the most part.
I don't drive them daily anymore; now I bid the jobs to keep them busy! They are strange to get used to because of the way they articulate- it is possible for the dump body section to completely rotate (flip) on it's side while the front two wheels stay on the ground. They max out at about 35mph, are all wheel drive, and have 405hp with powershift transmissions. Between the air-ride seat and the big flotation tires you really feel like you are floating along. I don't know why that other picture link didn't work, I'll look into it some more.

Aside from a white exterior/black interior,
your colors are da bomb! Really looks nice, don't it?

You should have loaded the NB into the back of the Cat.

dirtmvr, you'll have to come down here and see some of the monsters CAT makes at the local mining truck plant. They do not, however, put Firestone tires (also made here) on them.

STNK BG 1: Yes, I would love to get to that factory and also the tractor factory in Peoria. I was in the wheel loader factory once in Chicago, and that was cool. Lots of robots welding up excavator frames and bikers building loaders! Cat is a pretty progressive company; they had some mining trucks and a large wheel loader running purely on satellite control in their proving grounds in Arizona. And no Firestone tires! We use Michelin for 99% of our heavy equipment (and Delo 400 oil!).
