I have this 99 NB with 29,500 miles. In cold conditions after sitting all night, it cranks over once maybe twice, and starts right up. It idles smoothly, no problems.
I drive the thing 5 miles or 20 miles, it makes no difference. I leave it off maybe 20 minutes or more and when I try to start it, it cranks for 5 seconds at least before grudgingly firing.
I'm wondering, could it be a fuel filter?
Any opinions?
